Return on Investment
Whether you’re seeking financial therapy or looking to address anxiety, the benefits extend far beyond the therapy room. Addressing these challenges can transform your day-to-day life and set you up for long-term success:
For Financial Therapy Clients:
Peace of Mind: Reduce financial stress and uncertainty, so you can feel calm and in control.
Clearer Habits: Break free from patterns that sabotage your financial well-being and create sustainable, healthy practices.
Better Relationships: Gain tools to communicate openly and effectively about money with loved ones.
Financial Confidence: Develop healthier habits and make decisions that align with your values, helping you feel more secure and empowered in managing your finances.
For Clients with Anxiety:
Emotional Balance: Learn to manage anxious thoughts and feelings, so they no longer control your life.
Improved Focus: Spend less time worrying and more time being present and productive in your personal and professional life.
Stronger Resilience: Build coping strategies that help you handle challenges with confidence and grace.
Enhanced Quality of Life: Experience greater joy, connection, and fulfillment as anxiety lessens its grip.
Investing in therapy is about more than solving immediate problems—it’s about empowering you to live a life of purpose, clarity, and confidence.
Insurance
I made a deliberate choice not to accept insurance for several important reasons:
Quality of Care: By forgoing the constraints of insurance paperwork and policies, I can dedicate more time and energy to providing you with top-notch, evidence-based therapy tailored to your unique needs.
Enhanced Privacy: Your therapy remains entirely confidential between you and me. This ensures maximum privacy, as no records of our work together will be shared with or stored by your insurance company.
Freedom in Treatment Planning: We can collaboratively design a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your goals—free from the limitations and requirements imposed by insurance companies.
Avoiding Labels: Choosing not to use insurance means avoiding the need for a formal diagnosis to justify coverage, keeping your medical record free from labels that could be considered pre-existing conditions.
I’m committed to helping you navigate alternative options. Upon request, I can provide a superbill (an itemized receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers must give patients who do not have insurance or who chose not to use insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your healthcare provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
